293Amendments to Prostitution Reform Act 2003
This section amends the Prostitution Reform Act 2003.
Section 30(1) is amended by omitting A District Court Judge, Justice, Community Magistrate, or Registrar of a District Court (who is not a member of the police) and substituting An issuing officer (within the meaning of section 3 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012).
Section 30 is amended by repealing subsections (2) and (3) and substituting the following subsection:
The provisions of Part 4 of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 apply as if a warrant referred to in subsection (1) were a search warrant.
Sections 31 to 33 are repealed.
