When you are looking at the law about marine mammals, you need to know about the powers of search. The law says that some parts of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012 apply to these powers. You can find more information about this in Section 13 of the law.

The law also says that certain parts of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012, like subparts 1, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of Part 4, apply to some powers. These parts of the law explain how searches can be done. You can find these parts in the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.
