  2. as if a reference in that section to a search warrant were a reference to an examination order; and
    1. as if a reference in that section to an issuing officer were a reference to the Judge issuing an examination order.
      1. Section 107 (when a search warrant is invalid) applies to examination orders—

      2. as if a reference in that section to a search warrant were a reference to an examination order; and
        1. as if a reference in that section to the grounds or conditions for lawful issue of a search warrant were a reference to the conditions specified in section 34 or 36, as the case may be.
