Biosecurity Act 1993

Importation of risk goods - Inspections, declarations, etc

36: Movement of risk goods

You could also call this:

"Rules for moving risky items in special areas"

If you move risk goods within a biosecurity control area, you must follow the directions given by an inspector about how to move those goods. The inspector's directions are to help manage the risk goods, and you need to comply with them. You can find more information about the laws related to this by looking at the Biosecurity Law Reform Act 2012 and the Biosecurity Amendment Act 1997.
