170Savings of Plants Act 1970 for limited administrative purposes

  1. Notwithstanding section 167(1) of this Act, the Plants Act 1970 shall continue in full effect to the extent necessary for the proper administration of sections 15 and 16 of that Act in relation to the export of plants.
