141A: Orders to provide for records to be kept for Director-General's levy

You could also call this:

"Rules for keeping records to check the Director-General's levy is paid correctly"

To check if an order under section 137 or section 140AA is being followed, the order must say how records will be kept. You need to keep statements, accounts, and records of certain types by the Director-General, people collecting the levy, and people paying the levy. The order must also say how long these records must be kept.

The Director-General and other people involved must keep these records for a certain amount of time. This helps make sure the order is being complied with. The order will specify what records to keep and for how long.
