125: Transitional facility direction

You could also call this:

"When to put risky items in a special holding area"

If you have risk goods, an inspector can tell you to put them in a transitional facility. The inspector will give you a written notice saying what goods to put in the facility and for how long. You have to follow the notice and put the goods in the facility for the time specified or until a certain event happens.

The inspector's notice will say what to do with your risk goods. You must do what the notice says and put the goods in the transitional facility. This is so the goods do not cause any harm.
