Compliance orders

A compliance order must state—
- the name of the person against whom it is made; and
- the reasons why the inspector or authorised person made it; and
- the requirement or prohibition in section 154(2) ordered by the inspector or authorised person; and
- either,—
- for a requirement, the period, if any, within which the requirement must be achieved, which must start on the day on which the order is served and end after a time that is reasonable for the achievement of the requirement; or
- for a prohibition, the time and date, if any, from which the prohibition is to take effect; and
- for a requirement, the period, if any, within which the requirement must be achieved, which must start on the day on which the order is served and end after a time that is reasonable for the achievement of the requirement; or
- the conditions, if any, imposed by the inspector or authorised person; and
- the consequences of not complying with the order; and
- the rights of appeal in section 154E; and
- the name and address of the agency whose inspector or authorised person made the order.
