141Effect of levy order

  1. Where an order is made under section 137 or 140AA, the following provisions apply:

  2. every person responsible for paying or collecting the levy shall do so; and
    1. the Director-General may recover the levy from any person responsible for paying or collecting it as a debt due in a court of competent jurisdiction.
