Pest management - Funding from rates

100U: National pest management plan or national pathway management plan

You could also call this:

"Plans to stop pests and diseases from spreading in New Zealand"

When a council gets funding from rates, section 100T does not limit their powers. You can find more information about this in the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002. The council can use this funding to exercise their powers in relation to national pest management plans, national pathway management plans, or small-scale management programmes.
