Pest management - Regional pest management plans

75: Sixth step: decision on plan

You could also call this:

"The council decides on a pest management plan and explains their decision in a report."

When you are looking at a regional pest management plan, the council has to make a decision on it. The council must write a report on the plan when they are satisfied with the information in section 74. You will find the council's decision on the plan in this report.

The council has to explain why they accepted or rejected submissions from people in the report. They also have to give a copy of the report to everyone who made a submission.

The council must tell the public about their decision on the plan and where you can read the plan that results from their decision.
