59: Refusal to register or decision to deregister may be reviewed in certain cases

59Refusal to register or decision to deregister may be reviewed in certain cases

  1. If a person acting under the delegated authority of the Director-General refuses an application to register a person as an exporter, or deregisters a person, the person may seek a review of that decision under section 162.
