145: Charging documents

You could also call this:

"Getting a charging document for breaking animal product rules"

If you commit an offence against the Animal Products Act 1999, a charging document can be filed against you. This can happen within 4 years after the offence was committed. The Criminal Procedure Act 2011 allows for a longer time in some cases, and that time can also be used to file a charging document.
