Game estates

65F: Matters to be shown in list of game estates

You could also call this:

"What you can find out about game estates in New Zealand"

When you look at the list of game estates, you will see some important information about each estate. You will find the name and address of the person who runs the game estate, including their email address if they have one. You will also see the address or location of the game estate.

You will be able to see what types of animals are available for hunting on the estate. The list will also show the date when the estate was added to the list. There may be other details about the estate that the Director-General requires, as stated under section 167(1).

The Director-General can ask for more information to be included in the list, and this is stated in the rules. You can find more about this in the Animal Products Act 1999 and the Food Safety Law Reform Act 2018.
