Animal Products Act 1999

Cost recovery

124: Obligation to pay fee, levy, or charge not suspended by dispute

You could also call this:

"You must pay fees, levies, or charges even if you disagree with them."

If you have to pay a fee, levy, or charge under the Animal Products Act 1999, you still have to pay it even if you disagree with the Director-General about whether you should pay it or how much you should pay. The Director-General can still take action to get the money from you. You can find more information about penalties in section 123.
