65H: Listing as game estate

You could also call this:

"How to get your property listed as a game estate under the Animal Products Act"

If you want to list your operation as a game estate, you need to apply and pay a fee if one is required. The Director-General will list your operation as a game estate if they are satisfied that your operation is a game estate that section 65D applies to, and there is no good reason not to list it. They will consider the goals and requirements of the Animal Products Act when making this decision.

When the Director-General decides to list your operation as a game estate, they will add you and your operation to the list of game estates. They will also send you a written notice to let you know that your operation has been listed.

The Director-General has to follow certain rules when deciding whether to list your operation as a game estate, and they must make their decision based on the information you provide in your application.
