77BTracing and recall requirements

  1. A regulated person must, as and when required by regulations made under section 77C or any supplementary notice,—

  2. have in place any procedures for tracing and recalling animal material or animal products; and
    1. conduct simulations or other tests of those procedures; and
      1. implement those procedures to trace or recall animal material or animal products.
