112YDirector-General may require notification of termination of contracts

The Director-General may, by notice under section 167(1), require any verifier or verifying agency to notify the Director-General of the termination of any contract with a client for managing or carrying out verification functions and activities.
Repealed
The verifier or verifying agency must notify the Director-General in writing of the termination as soon as practicable, and in no case later than 7 days after it occurs.
