65E: Director-General to maintain list of game estates

You could also call this:

"Government keeps a list of special hunting places called game estates"

The Director-General has to keep a list of all game estates that have to follow the rules in section 65D. You can use this list to find out which places are game estates and who is allowed to run them. The list helps the Ministry make sure everyone follows the rules.

The Director-General has to make the list available for you to look at for free during office hours. You can also ask for a copy of the list, or part of it, and you will have to pay a small fee for it.

The Director-General can decide how to keep the list, as long as it is available for you to see.
