Animal Products Act 1999

Officers, powers, etc - Powers of animal product officers

91C: Opinion or belief of animal product officer

You could also call this:

"When an animal product officer can act on someone else's opinion"

If you are an animal product officer, you might need to have a certain opinion or belief before you can do something. But it's okay if you don't have that opinion or belief yourself. You can still do the thing if a more senior animal product officer or the Director-General has that opinion or belief and tells you to do it. They can direct you to exercise the power, and that's enough.
