Animal Products Act 1999

Offences, penalties, and proceedings - Offences

138: Presumption as to possession for sale, etc

You could also call this:

"Having animal products at your shop means you're assumed to be selling them unless you can prove otherwise."

If you have animal material or products at your premises where you sell these things, the law assumes you have them to sell. This is true unless you can prove otherwise. You are considered to have them for sale if they are found at your place of business.
