Electricity Act 1992

General - Functions and powers of WorkSafe and Secretary

19: Assistance to WorkSafe

You could also call this:

“You must help WorkSafe do their job and check things”

When WorkSafe is doing its job or using its powers in any place, or checking any fittings or equipment in that place, you need to help them. If you own or live in that place, or if you’re in charge of it at the time, you must give WorkSafe all the help and access they need to do their job properly. This means you should cooperate with WorkSafe and make things easier for them to carry out their duties.
