180Transitional provision relating to electricity agreements

  1. Notwithstanding the repeals effected by section 173(1), where any electricity agreement was registered under any of the provisions of sections 50 to 52 of the Electricity Act 1968 immediately before the commencement of this section, those provisions shall continue to apply to that agreement as if this Act had not been passed.
