Electricity Act 1992

Registration and licensing of electrical workers and employer licences - Employer licences

118: Duration of employer licence

You could also call this:

“How long an employer's electricity licence lasts”

When you get an employer licence, it will last for a certain amount of time. The licence will say how long it lasts, but it can’t be more than 5 years. The licence starts working on the day it is given to you. However, sometimes a licence might be stopped or taken away before its time is up.
