Electricity Act 1992

Disciplinary provisions - Interim suspension or disqualification

147J: Form of interim suspension or disqualification order

You could also call this:

“Rules for writing down a temporary stop on someone's work”

When the Board makes an order to suspend or disqualify someone temporarily, they must follow certain rules. You should know that this order has to be written down. It needs to explain why the Board made this decision. The order also has to clearly tell you that you can ask the Board to cancel it if you think it’s unfair. The person in charge of the Board, called the Presiding Member, must sign the order.

After the Board makes this order, the Registrar has to give you a copy of it. This way, you know exactly what the order says and what it means for you.
