173: Repeals, revocations, and consequential amendments

This part of the law explains what happens to some old rules and laws. The law says that certain rules listed in Schedule 3 are no longer in effect. This means you don't have to follow those rules anymore.
The law also changes some existing rules. These changes are written down in Schedule 4. If you want to know what exactly changed, you can look at that schedule.
Lastly, the law cancels some regulations and orders. These are listed in Schedule 5. These regulations and orders no longer apply, so you don't need to worry about them anymore.
