“The Registrar can update or fix information in the register”

The Registrar can make changes to the register when needed. You should know that these changes can be made for a few reasons:

  1. To update any information that has changed, as mentioned in section 128.

  2. To fix mistakes that were made by the Registrar or anyone the Registrar asked to help with their work.

  3. To follow instructions given by the Board.

The Registrar is allowed to make these changes to make sure the register is correct and up to date.
