Electricity Act 1992

Electrical codes of practice

41: Citation of code

You could also call this:

“How to refer to the rules for safe electrical work”

When rules are made about electrical work, they can mention an electrical code of practice. An electrical code of practice is a set of rules about how to do electrical work safely. When the rules mention a code, they can use the title that WorkSafe gave it and the date it was made. This way of mentioning the code means the latest version of the code that was in force when the rules were made, unless the law says otherwise.
