172KA: Transmission agreements

“This part about electricity agreements was removed from the law”
This section of the law, called ‘Transmission agreements’, used to be part of the Electricity Act 1992. However, it no longer exists. The government removed it on 1 November 2010. They did this through a change made by another law called the Electricity Industry Act 2010. This means that any rules about transmission agreements that were once here are no longer in effect.
