“Rules for managing electricity have changed to a new law”
The law about ‘Electricity governance rules’ used to be part of the Electricity Act 1992. However, this part of the law no longer exists. It was removed on 1 November 2010. The government made this change when they created a new law called the Electricity Industry Act 2010. This means that if you want to know about the rules for managing electricity now, you would need to look at different, more recent laws.
