167Certificate by Registrar to be evidence of various matters
A certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar in relation to the matters referred to in subsection (2) is, until the contrary is proved, and without proof of the signature appended to the certificate, sufficient evidence of the matters specified in the certificate.
The matters are—
- that, at any time or during any period specified in the certificate, any person was or was not a registered person or a holder of a particular class of licence:
- that any entry in the register is as stated in the certificate or that any entry is absent from the register:
- that any person has failed or refused to surrender any certificate or licence within 10 working days of a written demand by the Registrar to do so:
- any matter relating to any act or proceeding of the Board or an investigator.
