163A: Offence to fail to comply with condition of employer licence

163AOffence to fail to comply with condition of employer licence

  1. Every person who, being the holder of an employer licence, fails to comply with any condition of that licence commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 in the case of an individual, or $250,000 in the case of a body corporate.
