113ITerm and content of international fishing permit

  1. An international fishing permit may be issued for a period not exceeding 5 years.

  2. An international fishing permit must specify—

  3. the name of the permit holder; and
    1. the fishing vessel or fish carrier to which the permit relates; and
      1. any conditions to which the permit is subject under section 113K.
