353Statutory debts under Fisheries Act 1983

  1. Notwithstanding the repeal of any provision of the Fisheries Act 1983 by section 314, all fees, charges, levies, and other amounts payable under the repealed provision or any regulation, order, notice, direction, or other instrument made or issued under that provision, and unpaid as at the repeal of that provision, shall continue to be due and payable as if that provision had not been repealed and, for the purposes of the provisions of this Act relating to the non-payment or recovery of any amount payable under this Act, are hereby deemed to be amounts payable under this Act.
