299AAmendments to update Schedule 1A

  1. The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council,—

  2. amend Schedule 1A by making amendments to the text of the Fish Stocks Agreement set out in that schedule that are required to bring the text up to date:
    1. revoke Schedule 1A, and substitute a new schedule setting out, in an up-to-date form, the text of the Fish Stocks Agreement.
      1. An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
