328Savings relating to licences, approvals, and authorisations

  1. Every licence, permit, approval, authority, notice, certificate, circular, direction, instrument, or other thing that—

  2. was issued, granted, given, or otherwise made under any provision of the Fisheries Act 1983, or any regulations made under that Act, that continues to apply by virtue of this Act; and
    1. had effect or purported to have effect immediately before the commencement of this section—
      1. shall be deemed to be valid and to have been issued, granted, given, or otherwise made under the corresponding provision of this Act or of regulations made under this Act.
