  1. A document required to be served on the holder of an international fishing permit is deemed to have been duly served if it is—

  2. delivered to a representative person for the time being specified under section 103(2)(c) or section 105(2)(c) in relation to the vessel; or
    1. sent to that person by post at the address notified or last notified to the chief executive; or
      1. left for that person at that address.
