Aquaculture decisions in relation to coastal permits
186JJudicial review of aquaculture decision
Any person wishing to seek, under the Judicial Review Procedure Act 2016, judicial review of an aquaculture decision must do so within 30 working days after the notification of the decision under section 186H(2)(a).
The chief executive must notify the relevant regional council of—
- any proceedings brought to seek judicial review of an aquaculture decision; and
- the result of those proceedings, including any appeals.
