186PRestriction on fish farming

  1. A person must not undertake fish farming except in accordance with—

  2. the person's registration as a fish farmer; or
    1. an exemption granted by the chief executive under section 186Q.
      1. Every person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to the penalty set out in section 252(5).
