302General provisions as to regulations

Any regulations made under this Act may apply generally throughout New Zealand fisheries waters, generally throughout the high seas, or be made to apply only within such area or areas as may be defined for the purpose by the regulations.
All authorities, approvals, requirements, conditions, directions, instructions, orders, permits, notices, and circulars issued or imposed under regulations made under this Act shall have effect according to their tenor and shall be complied with by all persons affected thereby.
