360Provisions relating to taiapure-local fisheries

Every taiapure-local fishery established under Part 3A of the Fisheries Act 1983 and in force immediately before the commencement of Part 9 of this Act shall be deemed to have been established under Part 9.
Every proposal for, notice of, or inquiry into, any taiapure-local fishery that was commenced under Part 3A of the Fisheries Act 1983, and was pending or in progress immediately before the commencement of Part 9 of this Act, shall be deemed to have been commenced and to be pending or in progress, as the case may require, under Part 9.
