You can send some documents electronically for the Fisheries Act 1996. The chief executive decides who can send documents this way and what documents they can send. They can also choose how the documents are sent and who receives them. The chief executive's decision can have conditions and must follow any rules made under section 297. They can change or cancel their decision at any time. This means they have control over how documents are sent electronically for the Fisheries Act 1996. You can send documents electronically if the chief executive approves it.
