326Savings related to territorial sea and exclusive economic zone

  1. All regulations made under section 22 of the Territorial Sea, Contiguous Zone, and Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1977 (whether or not made exclusively under that section) and in force immediately before the commencement of this section are hereby deemed to be validly made under section 299 if validly made under that Act.
