318Amendments to Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies) Order 1995

Amendment(s) incorporated in the order(s).
Nothing in this section shall affect the liability of any person to pay the levies imposed by the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies) Order 1995 before its revocation.
The Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies) Order 1995 may hereafter be amended as if the amendments effected by this section had been effected by regulation and not by this section.
Subsections (1) to (5) shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 December 1995.
