When the chief executive gives someone a penalty under section 113ZC, they must put some information on a website. You can find the date and location of the offence on the website. The chief executive also publishes the nature of the offence. The chief executive must publish the name of the person who got the penalty and the name of the vessel involved. They also publish the things they thought about when deciding if the offence was serious or not, as stated in section 113Z(2A). You can see the amount of the penalty on the website. The chief executive puts all this information on a website that the Ministry maintains. You can look at the website to find out about penalties given under section 113ZC. The website has all the details about each penalty.
