You need to follow some steps to apply for registration. You must present an instrument in the approved form to the chief executive. This instrument must contain the required particulars and be executed in the specified manner. You also need to pay the prescribed fee when you apply. The application must be in the approved form, if one is available. You can find more information about the approved form and the prescribed fee. The rules for applying are set out in the approved form, which you should use when applying for registration, and you can find more information about this process in the Fisheries Act 1996.
