327Savings related to commodity levy orders

  1. On the date of commencement of section 305, all commodity levy orders made under the Commodity Levies Act 1990 in accordance with section 107EH of the Fisheries Act 1983, and in force immediately before that date, shall continue in force as if made in accordance with that section.
