113MNotification of change of ownership of vessel

  1. The holder of an international fishing permit must notify the chief executive within 5 working days of any change of ownership or operator of the vessel to which the permit relates.

  2. Every person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to the penalty set out in section 252(6).
