Fish farmers
186KFish Farmer Register
The chief executive must keep a Fish Farmer Register.
The register may be kept in the form of information stored by means of a computer.
The register may be kept in conjunction with any other register required to be kept under this Act.
The Crown owns all the information in the register that is required by this Act to be contained in the register.
The chief executive must, by notice in the Gazette, appoint the place at which the register is to be located and state the hours when the register is open for inspection by the public.
Without limiting section 297, regulations made under that section may provide for the operation of the register under this section, including the electronic transmission of information for the purposes of this subpart.
