186M: Access to Fish Farmer Register

You could also call this:

"Viewing the Fish Farmer Register costs a fee and has certain rules"

Illustration for Fisheries Act 1996

You can look at the Fish Farmer Register if you pay a fee. The fee is set and you can look at the register during certain hours. These hours are stated in the Gazette under section 186K(5) which you can find at section 186K(5). You can ask for copies of the register and you will have to pay a reasonable charge. The chief executive sets this charge. If someone thinks their address in the register will put them or their family in danger, they can ask for it to be kept private. The chief executive can then stop their address from being shown. The government is not responsible if there are mistakes in the register or if a search is wrong. This means you cannot claim money if you lose something because of a mistake.
